Mirjam mainly assists clients with legal and regulatory advice in the insurance sector. She has developed solid experience in drafting and reviewing contracts for both insurance companies and distributors with a particular focus on life insurance contracts.
She has also gained experience in the energy sector, advising international investors in the context of renewable energy projects assisting in the due diligence process and the drafting of all contracts necessary for the realisation of projects.
Previously, she worked in the insurance department of a boutique firm where she was also in charge of the German Desk.
