Her practice areas mainly include commercial, corporate and financial law, assisting Italian and international clients in connection with cross-border transactions. Her main areas of expertise include investment transactions, club deals, M&A, private equity and turnarounds. She has gained particular experience in advising listed companies, especially in the areas of corporate governance, related party transactions and disclosure obligations. She also assists leading companies in various corporate finance transactions, including loans, bond issues, debt restructuring and other financial arrangements.
She was a member of Craca Pisapia Tatozzi until December 2013 and before worked for a leading Italian law firm, dealing with capital market and structured finance transactions. In 2015 she received an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She works and lives between Milan and Vienna.
In 2022 and 2024 she has been recognized as other key lawyer in Commercial, Corporate and M&A by TheLegal500.
She is independent director and Lead Independent Director, as well as Chairman of the Nomination, Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and member of the Control and Risk, Related Party Transactions and Sustainability Committee of Dexelance S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Milan market.
