Managing Associate of Fivers since April 2021, she began practising in 2009 in a leading Italian tax and law firm.
She deals with advisory in tax and corporate matters, from both domestic and international sides, mainly for clients in the industrial and financial sector.
In the financial sector she has developed significant experience in tax and corporate advice to banks, SIM and SGR.
She has also gained significant experience in extraordinary transactions, such as acquisitions, mergers, business contributions, reorganizations, asset and share deals.
The main areas of activity concern in particular: tax area, for advisory and assistance regarding direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing and tax litigation; financial statement area, advisory and assistance in financial statement according to national and international accounting standards; corporate area, for advisory on company law and corporate compliance.
She serves a statutory auditor, in industrial and financial companies.
