He practices corporate tax, international tax, taxation of financial transactions, business reorganizations and transfer pricing.
He has significant experience in the field of tax and corporate consultancy for clients operating in the financial, banking, fashion, industrial and commercial sectors. He has dealt with issues relating to individuals, incentive plans and taxation of expatriates.
Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of major national and international group companies.
Graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan. Registered with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants since 2001 and the Register of Auditors since 2002.
