Carlotta Vercesi

Her practice areas mainly include civil, corporate and commercial litigation proceedings and arbitration.  She has acquired experience in civil and commercial disputes as well as in banking and financial intermediaries. She has also acquired experience in arbitration proceedings, also acting in support of the President of Arbitration Tribunals for the preparation of arbitration awards.  Before joining the Firm she worked with the law firm of the Full Professor of Civil Procedure at the Università Cattolica of Milan.  She has also collaborated with the Department of Civil Procedure at the Università Cattolica of Milan.
