Equity Partner di Fivers, Antonio Papi Rossi graduated in constitutional justice with prof. Valerio Onida and started his profession in 1994, in the field of administrative law. He firstly built his experience in leadings firms such as Pavia Ansaldo, Orrick Herrington &Sutcliffe, Greenberg Traurig - Santa Maria (partner from 2008 to 2013) and AMMLEX (partner from 2014 to 2023).
He has vast experience in litigation before administrative judges (TAR and Consiglio di Stato), assisting both private and public clients in every field of public law litigation. He also advices before the specialized courts (Tribunali delle Acque Pubbliche) and accounting (Court of auditors).
He advises in the areas of public services, works and supply contracts, concessions - including project finance proceedings - regulated department (independent, antitrust and supervision authorities), energy and integrated water service, construction and real estate. He loves his job and believes public law is the way to improve progress and justice in our society, according to Italian Constitution and European framework.
He is an accredited lecturer at the Higher School of the Judiciary (SSM) in the subjects of administrative law and he is independent councillor of Commissione Affari Economici della Diocesi (CAED).
He was a Milan Bar Association councillor (2018-2023), Administrative Justice Commission’s coordinator and delegated councillor to the “Organismo Congressuale Forense”. He is a member of the Equal Opportunities Committee. He is president and founder of “Avvocati per Niente OdV”, a charity organization born to protect the rights of homeless people.
He has been a regular speaker for over twenty years on administrative law conferences and he is ranked as a leading lawyer by the international magazine Legal 500.
