She has an experienced M&A lawyer, specifically with respect to extraordinary transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, demergers, going concern transfer, private equity and venture investment transactions, and provides assistance in corporate and commercial matters to domestic and foreign companies.
She took part in several M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions in various sectors and mainly health & welfare, food, waste management, renewable energy and infrastructure ones.
She got a Master in business law at the University “LUISS Guido Carli” in Rome.
