Founding and managing partner of Fivers, Alfredo Craca began practicing in 1996 in Lombardi Molinari, a Milan-based law firm. From 2001 to January 2004 he was junior partner in Pedersoli Lombardi e Associati law firm, and from January 2004 to May 2006 he was partner in Lombardi Molinari e Associati law firm. In 2006, he founded Craca Pisapia Tatozzi, a boutique law firm specialising in litigation and arbitration, where he was name partner until the establishment of FIVELEX Studio Legale e Tributario.
He works in the field of litigation in corporate, commercial, banking and bankruptcy matters, assisting commercial and industrial companies, banks and financial institutions, as well as managers and individuals who have held corporate offices in major and sensitive disputes. He also frequently handles disputes related to conflicts between shareholders and those linked to generational changes in the ownership of companies, including large ones. He has significant experience in arbitration in his capacity as either defence counsel or arbitrator appointed by the parties or by the arbitration chambers.
He is also active in the extrajudicial field where he has gained a consolidated experience especially in extraordinary transactions (acquisition of shares, companies and real estate portfolios, investment agreements, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations) and in the banking & finance sector (acquisition financing and corporate financing). He provides ongoing advice on corporate matters to listed and non-listed companies. He assists Italian and foreign banks and operators in transactions involving the acquisition of distressed assets and non-performing loans. He also deals with debt restructuring transactions, including in the context of bankruptcy proceedings.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of AC Milan S.p.A., Cossi Costruzioni S.p.A. (Webuild Group) and the Fondazione Creditori Chirografari Astaldi, and holds the position of Statutory Auditor in financial institutions and companies belonging to industrial groups.
