Project finance

We regularly offer assistance to banks, financial institutions, investment funds and leading sponsors, both Italian and international, in relation to each phase of project finance transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors. 

Our activities include assistance in the processes related to the financing of transactions, in the preparation of legal due diligence and risk matrix, project contracts inherent to the implementation, management and development of projects, as well as in the structuring of transactions on a project finance basis, including the preparation and negotiation of the related financial documentation. We have a consolidated experience in mezzanine financing, cross-border and multi-jurisdiction transactions and, thanks to the integration with the Banking and finance team, we are also able to assist on the structuring of project bonds in the relevant sectors.
