We assist listed issuers with respect to corporate matters, corporate governance, public offerings and, in general, on issues related to applicable special regulations, particularly on transparency, shareholders rights, and related party transactions; we support our Clients them in the preparation of governance documents intended for the public.

We support our Clients in designing compensation and incentive plans by adopting a multidisciplinary approach which combines legal and tax expertise.

We have a well-established knowledge of market abuse legislation, which leads us to assist our clients in defining prevention measures with respect to the risk of committing crimes of insider trading and market manipulation, as well as in supporting Clients in the case of disputes or investigations, cooperating with leading criminal lawyers.
