Voluntary Disclosure

Francesco Di Carlo will be presenting a lecture at the Convention on Voluntary Disclosure: analysis of process and case studies from the perspective of intermediaries – organised by AIPB (the Italian Private Banking association) at the offices of Banca Aletti, via Roncaglia 12, Milan.

The lecture will focus on Anti-money laundering: the role of intermediaries, professionals and tax-payers – Anti-money laundering: material cases and applicable sanctions – The role of professionals providing voluntary assistance to tax-payers -  The role of intermediaries.
