Management and franchise agreements

Alfredo Craca will participate as a speaker at the "Il Valore del Management nel settore turistico" ("Value of Tourism Management") Convention organised by the University of Florence and by the Bar Association Legal Training Foundation in Florence and by the School of Economy and Management, held at the Banca CR Cosimo Ridolfi Auditorium, Florence.  The convention will focus on aspects of management and future forms of contract, work organisation and certain emerging aspects such as Handling Complaints Management for the purpose of improving Customer Satisfaction as well as reducing dispute settlement costs.
