Litigation and arbitration proceedings on company law matters

Alfredo Craca will be a speaker at the short Master Course in Company Law organized by Altalex at the Hotel Michelangelo, via Scarlatti 33, ang. Piazza Luigi di Savoia, Milan (Friday 11 june, 14:00 ÷ 19:00 h).

Purpose of this course is to introduce participants to the legislation, court decisions and contractual practice in this area of the law. The course will cover substantive and procedural law issues (including arbitration) and will consist of five meetings each dedicated to a specific topic, chosen from among the most significant matters of practical application in company law.
