Edoardo Guffanti will be a speaker at the seminar I Contratti Derivati - Tipologie, negoziazione, documentazione, discipline EMIR e MiFID - Il contenzioso banche/imprese/Enti locali e la recente evoluzione giurisprudenziale (Derivative contracts – Types, trading, documentation, EMIR and MiFID regulations – The bank/enterprises/local authorities litigation and recent case law developments) organized by Paradigma at the Hilton Hotel in Milan.


The seminar will focus on the trading of derivative contracts under MiFID I, II and III legislation; client classification and documentation of derivative contracts with private and public Italian clients; notification of illiquid assets and ABI (Italian Banking Association) Guidelines; ESMA’s opinion on complex financial products; limitations and consequences for Regulatory Authorities and players.
